Chocolate Guinness Cupcakes with Baileys Cream

St. Paddy's Day is around the corner! This would be a nice excuse to whip up these decadent cupcakes. These cupcakes are moist and chocolatey with a hint of Guinness taste and crowned with this lush Baileys cream! Irish decadence!

For the cupcakes recipe please follow my Chocolate Guinness Cake recipe but instead bake into lined cupcake trays. Bake for around 15 - 20 mins or until a skewer inserted into a cupcake comes out clean.

Baileys Cream:

  • 3 cups icing sugar 
  • 1 cup heavy cream 
  • 2 tbsps Baileys Irish Cream 

Spread the Baileys cream on top of the cooled cupcakes and decorate as your heart desires.
