::: Sticky Sausages :::

This is a very simple recipe which I love to prepare for Summer parties and  BQQs. These sausages are guaranteed crowd pleasers. What's there not to love about sausages!
Ingredients:

  • 500g frozen pork cocktail sausages, thawed
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Separate the sausages and arrange in a large, shallow oven dish.

Whisk together the honey, oil, and soy sauce and pour over the sausages. Move the sausages around with a spatula and make sure the sausages are well glazed with the honey mixture. 

Roast for 25-30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at around 200 degrees. Give them a shuffle after around 15mins. 

Once ready shuffle them around again in the now caramelized sauce and serve in glass bowls. Enjoy!
